After a long weekend in Cali for my brother’s wedding, I needed a good detox breakfast smoothie. I might of had one too many cocktails and foods that are not on anybody’s diet program. This is one of my favorite go to smoothies. I love smoothies that have greens but not overpowering, some sweetness but not to sugary. This one has the tropical taste of mangos, pineapples, and coconuts.

Frozen Mangos and Pineapples
Almond Coconut Milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
Mixed Power Greens or Spinach
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
Ground Flax Seeds
After blending in my nurti-bullet, I sprinkle a little ground flax seed on top.
With the protein and fiber packed in this jar…this will hold me over for a few hours.
